2010 The Second “Spring Friends” Winland Piano Recital
—— The Two Hundredth Anniversary of Chopin’s Birth
On February 27, 2010, the Beijing Winland International Finance Center hosted the Second “Spring Friends” Piano Recital, in commemoration of the two hundredth anniversary of Chopin’s birth. At the invitation of the Polish and French ambassadors to China and Adam Yu, pianist Claudia Yang played a gentle and exquisite Chopin piece on the Nessun Dorma grand piano. In the glow of the light, the refined Chinese princess in the lacquer work above the stage glistened like water as the music played.
