2011 The Third “Spring Friends” Winland Piano Recital
—— The Two Hundredth Anniversary of Liszt’s Birth
On April 16, 2011, the Beijing Winland International Finance Center hosted the Third “Spring Friends” Piano Recital, in commemoration of the two hundredth anniversary of Liszt’s birth. At the invitation of the Hungarian ambassador to China and Adam Yu, Malaysian pianist Claudia Yang and the Nessun Dorma grand piano painted a vivid picture of a romantic, passionate Liszt. These lovely strains of music made the spring seem greener for Winland and the assembled listeners.
